If errors are reported by contacting us, our partners first analyze them remotely, make a diagnosis and then propose a solution. You can decide what to do next.

Help on the next business day

On the next possible business day, in compliance with the terms of service, a technician will then come to you to take a look at your server on site. During the agreed service hours, he will repair hardware malfunctions and damage. This will continue until the IT infrastructure is ready for use again. The costs are fully covered by the Hardware Care Pack.

And order! Unless otherwise specified, your individual Hardware Care Pack will be activated automatically three days after delivery.

What else?

The offered Hardware Care Pack extends your protection. Your legal warranty rights and any warranties that may exist for the item remain unaffected. In case of a problem, regardless of whether a service case occurs or whether the Hardware Care Pack is used, you will of course receive our support within the terms of the respective regulations.

This Hardware Care Pack is only valid in connection with a server offered by us. If you want to protect your existing systems, you are welcome to ask us for an individual offer for a Hardware Care Pack.
