When you order used and carefully tested servers from us, you will receive them optimally and securely packaged. We use sturdy shipping boxes designed to fit the size of the server, with robust foam padding to ensure the systems are protected during long transport distances.

If you need packaging material to ship sensitive server hardware yourself, for example to send replacement equipment to one of your branches, you can also order shipping boxes from us. You can find a wide range of boxes in our online shop to suit most common form factors:

The foam kit supplied is specifically designed for the specified form factor and can be adapted accordingly for adjustable variants. Servers and equipment must be shipped in the appropriate version of the shipping box with the suitable foam kit to ensure the best possible protection from the packaging.

Please note the specified maximum weight when sending packages. For higher weights, the boxes can also be used as protective packaging for pallet shipping.
